WHAT BENEFITS WILL YOU RECEIVE

If you are selected to join the program, you will receive a one-year training contract to be converted in to full time employment contract based on your performance assessment.

 

The one-year training contract will include:

Fixed monthly compensation
Registration in GOSI
Medical insurance
Paid annual leave days

Based on your performance evaluation during and at the end of the program, a full time position will be offered to you at Saudi Payments.

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT

GPA equal to or above 2.8 /4 or 3.5/5

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's or Master's degree in the required majors
(must be issued or approved by the Ministry of Education)

ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Professional Proficiency

ACADEMIC MAJORS

Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Management Information System, Mathematics and Statistic.

EXPERIENCE

Years of experience 0-1 year

ONLINE TALENT ASSESSMENT
If your resume meets the eligibility criteria, you will be asked to complete an online talent assessment that will measure your abilities, behaviors and characteristics
Artificial Intelligence Interview
If you pass the online talent assessment you will set for an Artificial Intelligence Interview.
ONE-TO-ONE INTERVIEWS
If you are successful in progressing through the selection process, you will receive an invitation to complete one-to-one interviews.
FINAL SELECTION
Top graduates will be selected to join the 2023-2024 Saudi Payments Graduates Program.
